  • What is The Nourished Pantry?
    We are an online shop and a bit different from your regular online shop. We open for orders once a month for one week. We order from our suppliers monthly once you have placed your orders. This allows us to offer a large selection of products and to keep prices low. 
  • When can I order?
    You can order anytime during the week that the shopping cart is open. Order cut off is the second Sunday of each month and the cart is open for the week before that. When the cart is closed you can still see products and add to your cart but you won't be able to check out.
  • I've placed my order and forgot to add something. Can I add it now?
    If you haven't checked out you can add products to your cart any time, as long as you are logged in. If you have already checked out you can still add products but they will be in a separate order - if this is the case please contact us for a coupon code for free delivery so you won't be charged delivery twice.
  • Why are some items in my order out of stock but they were In Stock on your website?
    All items available to order on The Nourished Pantry show as In Stock. This means they are available to order, however they may be out of stock with the supplier.
  • What happens if any of the products I have ordered are out of stock with the supplier?
    If we cannot order any of your products due to them being out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. With some suppliers this information is available as soon as we place the order. With others we don't know what is out of stock until we receive the delivery. You will be issued a refund for non-available items - the refund will be issued through STRIPE and may take a few days to show up in your account. In some cases if there is a similar item available I may email you to see if you would like that instead.
  • How do I find a product that I want?
    If you know what category your item is under (eg shampoo can be found in personal care/hair care) you can go straight to the category through the in-page menu which shows all main categories and sub categories. Or you can click on the main category and browse the visual menu. You can find a product quickly by entering it in the search bar - also useful if you're not sure which category it is in.
  • What payment options do you have?
    We offer credit card payment though Stripe which is a secure payment gateway. You also have the option of bank transfer but a receipt of payment must be emailed to us by close of orders Sunday night.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes we do. Please see delivery page for full details. :
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Your order will be delivered 8 to 14 days following close of orders. This depends on what you have ordered - if some of your products are coming from our Eastern States suppliers it will take longer to get here and your delivery will be later. You will receive an email on the Monday after orders close to let you know approximately when your delivery day will be. You will also receive an email the day before your order is delivered with approximate time. If you are in Perth your order may come by courier or by Australia Post, depending on size of order. Check out the delivery page for more info. **Make sure you add The Nourished Pantry to safe senders list so you receive all important notification emails.
  • What packaging do you use?
    All orders are packed in reused boxes and packaging. As we have a lot of packaging left over after we unpack the suppliers deliveries, we like to use that to pack our orders. So if there is plastic in your packages to protect products, we are reusing that rather than putting in the bin.
  • How will my order be delivered?
    Mandurah and Rockingham orders are delivered by The Nourished Pantry. Perth deliveries may be sent by post or by courier.
  • What can be done if you don't have a product I'm after?
    We will be adding new products regularly so if there's something you'd like added just drop us an email and we'll do our best to source it for you.
  • Do you sell fruit and veggies?
    No we don't and have no plans to. There are some great farmers markets where you can buy fruit and veg direct from the farmers. We recommend Farmer's Market on Manning, and local markets at Dawesville and Pinjarra.
  • Do you sell meat?
    We don't currently sell meat but do have plans to add that in at some stage. Drop us an email and let us know if you would be interested in buying meat!
