We are an online shop and a bit different from your regular online shop. We open for orders once a month for one week. We order from our suppliers monthly once you have placed your orders. This allows us to offer a large selection of products and to keep prices low.Â
You can order anytime during the week that the shopping cart is open. We open for 8 days at the beginning of each month - from 9am on the first Saturday of the month to 9pm on the second Saturday of the month.
When the cart is closed you can still see products and add to your cart but you won't be able to check out.
If you have already checked out you can still add products but they will be in a separate order - if this is the case please choose the pick up option at checkout so you won't be charged delivery twice.
*This does not apply to bulk orders.
All items available to order on The Nourished Pantry show as In Stock. This means they are available to order, however they may be out of stock with the supplier.
If we cannot order any of your products due to them being out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. With some suppliers this information is available as soon as we place the order. With others we don't know what is out of stock until we receive the delivery. You will be issued a refund for non-available items - the refund will be issued through STRIPE and may take a few days to show up in your account. In some cases if there is a similar item available I may email you to see if you would like that instead.
If you know what category your item is under (eg shampoo can be found in personal care/hair care) you can go straight to the category through the in-page menu which shows all main categories and sub categories. Or you can click on the main category and browse the visual menu. You can find a product quickly by entering it in the search bar - also useful if you're not sure which category it is in.
