Deliveries are made 8 - 12 days after orders close.  On the Monday after orders close you will receive an email notifying you of your delivery day. This will depend on which suppliers are included in your order as some take longer than others to deliver.
Local orders are delivered by The Nourished Pantry and Perth orders will be delivered by courier. 
**Please be aware if you are in Perth and ordering frozen items that our courier does not have a refrigerated vehicle and we cannot guarantee items such as frozen fruit and veggies will stay frozen.

Wannanup and Falcon delivery - Free Delivery

Mandurah to Rockingham delivery is for areas within the boundaries of Dawesville and Rockingham.

• Cost is $5

• Delivery will be the week following close of orders (8 to 12 days after orders closing) 

• You will be notified by email which day your order is to be delivered. Please make sure you will  be home, or let us know where we can safely leave your order.

Perth delivery is for areas within the boundaries of Clarkson, Fremantle, Armadale and Serpentine.

• Cost is $10. Delivery will be by Australia Post or by Courier depending on size of order.

• Delivery will be 9 to 14 days from orders closing depending on when your order is fulfilled.

• You will be notified by email when your order is to be delivered. Please make sure you will be home or have a safe place to leave your order.

• Perth courier deliveries will be made by an independent courier -  Courier does not have a refrigerated truck so if frozen goods are ordered please be aware of this.
