Sundried Tomatoes are derived from fresh organically grown red tomatoes, harvested at their peak of ripeness and naturally dried in the sun, with only a small amount of salt added.  After this process, the nutritional value of the tomatoes are preserved and the flavours are enhanced.
 
How to Use: Season your next meal with some sundried tomato pesto, or chop them and add to pizza, pasta or salad.
