Organic Rolled Quick Oats are smaller in size than traditional organic rolled oats as the oat groat is chopped into smaller pieces before being rolled into a flake. This creates a thinner flake that is quite fast to absorb water compared with traditional rolled oats.  
Our Wheat Free Oats are oats that have been grown and processed in a dedicated mill to ensure the entire production chain remains free of contamination from gluten found in wheat, rye and barley. They have been batch tested for the gluten found in wheat, rye and barley and this was not detected within the limits of the test (<5ppm gluten).  Ingredients
